    The Trinity of Nature in the Hydrologic Cycle

    From time immemorial, civilizations have recognized and paid homage to the Trinity of
    Nature - Sun, Wind and Water.  Mankind is now on the verge of a watershed in the use of
    these elements to ensure that its future is in the past - wise; sensibly balanced and
    sustainable use of resources on earth to leave a legacy of responsible environmental
    stewardship towards future generations yet to set foot on this marvellous planet we call
    Earth.

    Promoting the use of sustainable forms of energy

    With dwindling supplies of fossil fuels and their derivatives; and the ecological damages
    suffered by this planet as a result of Mankind's conspicuous consumption, Nature is bound
    to fight back with vengeance. Signs are already there with the attendant effects of global
    warming; increased levels of natural disasters, to mention the apparent ones.

    Sustenergy's initial focus is to be a participant with other interested individuals, groups,
    agencies - governmental, non-governmental, institutional - to further the awareness and to
    develop a viable network to identify; screen; perform feasibility studies; and assist with
    exploring and developing financing mechanisms for project initiation.

    The area of primary interest in the near term is small and micro hydroelectric installations.
    As time goes, it is anticipated that the other two of the Trinity of sustainable energy forms
    such as wind, solar would also figure in the portfolio.
